How to Order
Federal agencies can acquire IT solutions through the NIH CIO-CS contract via the NITAAC Electronic Government Ordering System (e-GOS):
Register with NITAAC
Ordering agencies must first register with NITAAC and obtain access to the e-GOS portal. NITAAC provides training and support to new ordering agencies throughout the registration process.
Develop Requirements
Prepare a Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), or Statement of Objectives (SOO) that defines your IT requirements. NITAAC provides templates and guidance to streamline requirements development.
Post Solicitation via e-GOS
Submit the solicitation through the NITAAC e-GOS portal. The system routes the request to qualified CIO-CS contract holders for competitive bidding. Fair opportunity procedures ensure best value for the government.
Evaluate & Award Task Order
Review proposals and select the contractor offering the best value. NITAAC provides acquisition support throughout the evaluation process. Task orders are issued electronically through e-GOS.
